Must Have Skills

• 3+ years of SAP experience with AMS/Support and Rollout Projects .
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP APO Support (AMS) .
• Strong knowledge of SAP APO planning processes and standard business functionalities .
• Experience in Enterprise Structure , Master Data troubleshooting , and Planning Book maintenance .
• Experience in Forecast Validation , Planning Run Monitoring , and APO Job Monitoring .
• Expertise in resolving CIF/Integration issues between ECC/S4HANA and APO .
• Good understanding of customized business processes/templates .
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience in handling incidents/tickets through tools like ServiceNow/ITSM .

Good to Have Skills

• Cross-functional integration knowledge with PP, MM, SD, and LE .
• Technical knowledge of Debugging, Workflows, and IDocs .
• Experience in preparing solution documentation and conducting knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Exposure to KPI-driven support environments and SLA management.
• Experience in end-user support, issue analysis, and continuous process improvement.
