Post Graduation from a reputed institute, MBA preferred.

Key Result Areas

1. Student Discipline

Conduct sessions on:

  • Anti-Ragging
  • Substance Abuse
  • Harassment
  • Fights & Brawls
  • Misbehavior with students, faculty & staff

Conduct awareness and sensitization sessions on Zero Tolerance policies related to:

  • Anti-Ragging
  • Substance Abuse
  • Harassment
  • Student Misconduct
  • Cyber Crime
  • Campus Discipline in coordination with Discipline Ambassadors and School Proctors including engagement with Engage external experts and eminent speakers.
  • Ensure discipline and decorum in university hostels and institutional events through periodic inspections and monitoring.
  • Implement disciplinary protocols.

Manage disciplinary administration including:

  • Issuing punishment and appeal orders
  • Maintaining discipline probation records
  • Mentor allocation
  • TA assignments
  • Continuous follow-up with mentors regarding student progress and behavioural improvement.

2. Record Keeping

  • Maintain and manage comprehensive records of the Chief Proctor Office (CPO) related to all disciplinary cases.
  • Maintain complete student case files including:
  • Evidence
  • Show-cause notices
  • Orders
  • Signed reports
  • Written statements
  • Other relevant case documents
  • Provide timely disciplinary reports and documentation to:
  • Appeal Committee
  • Senior Management
  • Other authorities as required

3. Emergency Response

  • Handle emergency and sensitive situations proactively.
  • Coordinate with:
  • Police authorities
  • Government officials
  • University administration
  • Ensure timely response, communication, and implementation of disciplinary and safety measures.
  • Act as required based on information received from police authorities, government officials, and university authorities.
