INKED by Dani is a fast-growing, founder-led wearable art beauty brand, known for temporary tattoos, nail art, and our new line of skincare, sold at Target, Ulta, Dillard's, Nordstrom, and Revolve and more. We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated Key Accounts Coordinator to support our growing wholesale business. This role works closely with the Key Accounts team and cross-functional partners to help manage retailer launches, assortments, sales reporting and day-to-day account needs in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the Key Accounts team across day-to-day retail partner needsManage key calendars, deadlines and deliverables for launches, assortments, promotions and retailer meetingsMaintain account trackers, assortments, SKU information, pricing and promotional updatesCoordinate new item setup and product updates across retailer systemsSupport new product launches, including sales tracking, merchandising, digital exposure and in-store executionAssist with sales reporting and analysis across core products, new launches and promotional programsManage retailer PDP needs, including product information, copy, imagery and ongoing website updatesPartner with internal teams to coordinate retailer assets, samples, gratis, education materials and other account needsBuild strong relationships with retailer contacts and internal cross-functional teamsMonitor retailer websites, social channels and competitors for trends and opportunitiesSupport retailer meetings, including presentations, agendas, samples and follow-upConduct occasional store visits during key launches and eventsProvide additional sales and administrative support as neededRequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience2+ years of experience in wholesale, sales, account management or a related field; beauty experience preferredHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skills xzbcwsv Comfortable managing multiple priorities and changing deadlinesProactive, dependable and able to work independentlyStrong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skillsComfortable using AI-powered tools to improve productivity and efficiencyProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Google WorkspaceSome travel may be requiredCompensation & PerksMedical insurance401(k) plan with company matchPaid vacation and holidaysSummer FridaysProduct gratis and employee discountsWeekly team lunchesTeam give-back initiativesFriendly, creative and collaborative work environment
