We are dedicated to providing effective, client-focused legal representation in a wide range of immigration matters, including removal defense, asylum, family-based immigration, and federal immigration litigation.We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Immigration Attorney to join our expanding legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced attorneys and newly licensed attorneys interested in building a career in immigration law.Prior immigration law experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.Key Responsibilities Represent clients in immigration proceedings before EOIR, USCIS, and other relevant agencies.Prepare and file immigration applications, petitions, motions, briefs, and supporting documentation.Handle removal defense, asylum applications, bond hearings, and other immigration matters.Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and opposing counsel.Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to manage cases efficiently.Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with deadlines.Assist with federal immigration litigation, including habeas corpus petitions, when applicable.QuafilicationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) or LL.M. degree and active admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.New Jersey Bar admission is preferred but NOT required.Attorneys licensed in any U.S. state or jurisdiction are encouraged to apply.Immigration law experience is preferred but not mandatory.Newly licensed attorneys are welcome to apply.Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Bilingual proficiency is a plus, particularly in Spanish or other languages, but is not required. xzbcwsv A willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow professionally.
