What You'll DoDefine and lead the firm's AI strategy across research, investment, and operational functionsBuild and manage a team as the function scalesPartner directly with senior leadership and investment teams to identify where AI can move the needleEvaluate build-versus-buy decisions on tooling, infrastructure, and talentRepresent the AI function to the firm's leadership and, where relevant, to external partners
