Guided by the motto “Tareeke Badlo, Sapne Nahi,” Role Description The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's sales and revenue objectives. The candidate will develop and implement business development strategies while working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success. Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services Conduct sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups with potential clients Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients Strong customer relationship management skills Target-oriented with a proactive and result-driven approach Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Location - Gurugram, Haryana.
