Technical Project Manager

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who can work comfortably at the intersection of technology, people, and delivery . You’ll work closely with engineering teams, clients, and leadership to turn ideas and requirements into well-executed projects.

What You’ll Own

• Drive software projects from kickoff to production , keeping scope, timelines, and priorities on track.
• Work closely with engineering, QA, design, and product teams to keep execution smooth.
• Break down requirements into clear deliverables, tasks, and milestones.
• Translate between technical teams and business/client stakeholders without losing the details.
• Keep an eye on dependencies, risks, blockers, and changing requirements before they become problems.
• Lead project discussions, stand-ups, planning sessions, and client updates.
• Keep stakeholders aligned on what’s being built, why, and when it will be delivered .
• Step in when priorities shift and help the team make practical decisions.
• Ensure projects are delivered with the expected quality, scope, and timelines .

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience managing software/technical projects.
• Strong understanding of software development and engineering workflows .
• Excellent communication skills — comfortable working with developers, clients, and leadership.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong ownership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Linear, or similar .
• A technical mindset with the ability to understand requirements, workflows, APIs, integrations, and development dependencies.
• Experience with Smartsheet is a plus.
• Someone who doesn’t just track tasks — you take ownership of getting things delivered.

Location: DHA Phase 3 Lahore (Onsite)

Timings: 1 PM - 10 PM
