With 25+ centers across India, we work closely with pediatricians, schools, hospitals, corporates, and parents to ensure every child receives the support they deserve.

Position: Business Development Manager (Field Sales)

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our referral network and strengthening our presence across Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with pediatricians, Psychiatrists, Developmental pediatricians, hospitals, schools, preschools, and other referral partners.

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and strategic partnerships.

• Conduct presentations and meetings to introduce Sunshine by Lissun's services.

• Organize awareness programs, screening camps, workshops, and community engagement activities.

• Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.

• Coordinate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.

What We're Looking For

✔ 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Healthcare Sales, Education Sales, or B2B/B2C Sales.

✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

✔ Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field visits.

✔ Experience in healthcare, hospitals, diagnostics, education, or wellness is preferred.

✔ Candidates based in or willing to work in Delhi NCR.
