About The Role

We're scaling fast and looking for superstars who are excited to redefine a legacy industry and build something big. You'll be joining as one of the first dedicated members of our Talent Acquisition (TA) team, working closely with colleagues and founders to shape and expand our network. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact, build processes from the ground up, and directly influence how we grow.

What You'll Do

Own High-Volume Talent Vetting

• Review and evaluate high volumes of finance and accounting candidates against clearly defined quality and experience criteria.
• Conduct structured candidate interviews to assess technical experience, communication, career trajectory, and overall fit.
• Make fast, high-quality decisions on whether candidates should progress through the MAVI vetting funnel.
• Maintain a consistently high bar while operating at significant candidate volume.
• Identify patterns in candidate quality and continuously improve screening and evaluation criteria.
• Source exceptional finance and accounting professionals across LATAM , APAC, and other global markets.
• Experiment with LinkedIn, job boards, communities, referrals, outbound campaigns, partnerships, and other creative sourcing channels.
• Develop repeatable sourcing strategies that generate qualified candidates consistently.
• Build proprietary talent networks in priority markets and skill areas.
• Partner with the engineering team to improve and automate sourcing and screening workflows.

What We're Looking For

• 4-10 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or candidate evaluation experience.
• Proven ability to source and vet candidates at high volume while maintaining a high quality bar.
• Skilled in vetting and interviewing talent, serving as an early filter to assess candidates against defined criteria.
• Experience experimenting with and refining different sourcing channels and strategies.
• Strong interviewing and candidate-assessment skills with the ability to make fast, objective decisions.
• Prior experience recruiting finance & accounting talent is a plus, though not essential.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments, with flexibility to adapt to change.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A team player who is humble, driven, and passionate about delivering excellence in their work.
