Job Title: Field Sales Advisor (Real Estate) – No Closing Targets! Company: Dharani Infra Developers Pvt Ltd (16 Years of Trust) Location: Hyderabad, kondapur (Field Work) Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience) Lead Incentives About Us: We are a trusted, 16-year-old real estate company in Hyderabad specializing in premium open plots. We are expanding our ground team and looking for energetic, hard-working Field Sales Executives to help us find interested property buyers. The Best Part About This Job: Zero Sales / Closing Targets! Your only job is to find interested leads and book site visits. Once the client is interested, our Managing Director and Senior Leaders will step in to close the deal. You do the groundwork; we do the heavy lifting! What You Will Do: Field Work & Door-Knocking: Actively visit targeted neighborhoods, commercial hubs, and public areas to talk to people about our premium open plot ventures (like our Timmapur NH44 project). Advising Clients: Explain the basic benefits of investing in open plots and hand out company materials. Lead Generation: Collect phone numbers and contact details of interested buyers. Hit Lead Targets: You will have daily/weekly targets for generating leads and site visits , not sales. Pass the warm leads directly to our office team. Who We Are Looking For: Hard-working individuals who love talking to people face-to-face and don't mind spending time in the field. Strong communication skills in Telugu (English and Hindi are a big plus). Must have a 2-wheeler (bike/scooter) and a valid driving license for daily travel. Past experience in real estate, direct sales, or field marketing is a bonus, but freshers with high energy are welcome!
