Manufacturing Simulation Specialist.

CAE Engineer : Fine Blanking Simulation.

Experience in CAE: 4 to 6 Years.

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering & Manufacturing Technology.

Key Job Responsibility:

A highly skilled Simulation Specialist to drive our cold forging and fine blanking operations. To virtually validate metal forming processes, optimize tooling sequences, and reduce production costs. The primary goal is to simulate manufacturing processes, optimize die design, and prevent defects before physical production. Die & Tooling Optimization: Analyze forming loads, die stresses, and tool wear to optimize die design and extend tooling life. Defect Prediction: Predict and mitigate manufacturing defects such as crack formation, material tearing, Surface fracture, Die Role, Surface finish, and high residual stresses. Sequence Design: Determine the optimal multi-stage pre-form and intermediate operations required to produce net-shape components. Process Feasibility: Assess the feasibility of new part designs and suggest the most cost-effective manufacturing routes. Analysis & Reporting: Correlate simulation results with actual physical trials; prepare technical reports and present findings to the design and production teams.

Experience in CAE Tools : Solid understanding of metal plasticity, metallurgy, mechanical properties of materials, and metal flow mechanics.

Software - Transvalor FORGE

Must have “Very Good” working experience in;
