About the OpportunityA highly regarded Seattle-based litigation boutique is seeking a talented Mid-Level Litigation Associate to join its growing practice. The firm is recognized for handling sophisticated, high-stakes disputes on behalf of clients ranging from regional businesses to Fortune 500 corporations.This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to transition into a collaborative, trial-focused environment with lean, partner-led teams, meaningful case responsibility, and direct access to experienced trial attorneys.The firm handles a broad range of complex civil and commercial litigation matters throughout the Pacific Northwest and nationally, offering associates substantial opportunities to develop their litigation and advocacy skills.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle complex civil and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts.Draft substantive motions, pleadings, briefs, and other litigation documents.Conduct and defend depositions, manage discovery, and participate in case strategy development.Assist with trial preparation, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.Work directly with experienced partners on sophisticated, high-exposure disputes.Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies for complex legal issues.Collaborate with clients and litigation teams throughout all stages of litigation.Qualifications3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably involving complex commercial or civil disputes.Judicial clerkship or large law firm experience strongly preferred.Experience taking and defending depositions is highly desirable.Trial experience or meaningful involvement in trial preparation is a plus.Strong legal research, analytical writing, and oral advocacy skills.Ability to manage complex litigation assignments while working collaboratively with a team.Excellent academic credentials and strong attention to detail. xzbcwsv Attorneys from a variety of complex litigation backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
