Manufacturing Assembler Kalogon, a smart seating startup based in Melbourne, seeks a Manufacturing Assembler to help us build cutting-edge medical equipment. As our Manufacturing Assembler, you'll build complex products hands-on — working across electronics assembly, machining, 3D printing, and soft-goods manufacturing. No two days are the same. Key Responsibilities: Own your assemblies start to finish, working independently to meet quality and production targets Diagnose issues on the floor and implement practical fixes Contribute ideas to reduce cycle time and improve quality Collaborate with R&D on prototypes and pilot builds Required skills: Strong mechanical aptitude — you pick up new tools and processes quickly Problem-solver who thinks on their feet Background in manufacturing, fabrication, machining, or a maker/technical environment is a plus Background in 3D-modeling or CAM is a plus High school diploma or equivalent Reports To: Production Manager \n Work Environment Air-Conditioned Environment Casual Fast paced Interesting, with lots of variety Area of work – Near I-95 and Sarno in Melbourne, FL Opportunities for overtime are available Probationary period: 3 months Benefits PTO: 20 days per year (pro-rated based on hire date), then one day added per year of service up to 25 days Holidays: 5 all-team holidays, 3 floating holidays 401K with up to 4% match Health/medical/dental insurance Equity per role A chance to change the world of seating \n $16 - $18 an hour \n Kalogon is the trusted leader in seated health, delivering inventive seating solutions that eliminate the stresses of sitting.
