Delivery manager insurance

12–18 years in QA/Testing, with 5–6+ years in delivery leadership, managing multi-account portfolios and testing engagements within Insurance domain. AI experience is mandatory

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end QE portfolio delivery for Insurance accounts; act as the escalation point for quality and delivery issues. Drive account growth and expansion through proposals, RFPs, estimations, and AI for QE service adoption within Insurance clients. Ensure high CSAT via strong stakeholder management and impactful demos. Establish delivery governance across accounts (KPIs, risks, compliance, regulatory considerations, reviews). Lead test improvement initiatives across coverage, efficiency, and quality metrics. Drive adoption of AI-led QE, automation-first, and CI/CD practices across Agile/Dev Ops/Dev Sec Ops. Provide expertise across testing methodologies (integration, system, UAT, Regression, automation) with BFSI domain context. Mentor and guide QE associates, driving talent upskilling and capability building. Balance technical leadership and people management to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
