We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of B2 B creative production projects. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, timely delivery, and high-quality outputs.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams (creative, content, and technology). Manage end-to-end project lifecycle – from brief intake to final delivery. Translate client requirements into clear project briefs and actionable plans. Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and workflows. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, scope, and deadlines. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of creative projects. Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and proactively resolve them. Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and clients. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization.Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in B2 B creative or digital production environments. Strong understanding of creative workflows, content production, and digital projects. Excellent client-facing and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, ).
