Role Description

• We are hiring a Technical Project Manager with a strong technology background and hands-on experience managing software development projects.
• The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Jira, sprint planning, project tracking, team coordination, client communication, risk management, delivery planning, and project ownership.
• This role is suitable for someone who can work closely with developers, architects, product owners, QA teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of software development, SaaS, cloud, SAP, AI, and enterprise technology projects.
• Own project planning, sprint planning, execution, tracking, reporting, and delivery timelines.
• Work closely with developers, architects, QA teams, DevOps teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Create and manage project plans, sprint boards, Jira tickets, user stories, tasks, timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Run Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track team progress, identify blockers, resolve issues, and escalate risks when required.
• Ensure tasks are clearly assigned, understood, estimated, tracked, and delivered on time.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, action items, status reports, RAID logs, and project dashboards.
• Communicate project status clearly to internal teams, clients, and leadership.
• Manage scope, timelines, quality, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure developers follow proper delivery processes, coding standards, testing processes, and release workflows.
• Coordinate UAT, production releases, bug fixes, change requests, and post-release support.
• Take full ownership of project success, delivery quality, team productivity, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in project management, technical project coordination, Scrum management, software delivery, or product delivery.
• Strong experience using Jira for sprint planning, task tracking, backlog management, and project reporting.
• Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, SDLC, release planning, and software delivery processes.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams including developers, QA, DevOps, architects, and product owners.
• Strong communication, ownership, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand technical discussions and convert them into clear action items.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, blockers, risks, and dependencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
