ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of plant operations and site performanceDrive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and continuous improvement initiativesImprove safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performanceLead and develop a high-performing operations leadership teamOversee planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier performanceSupport new product introductions and business transformation initiatives
QualificationsExperience leading complex manufacturing operations in a Plant Manager or senior operations leadership roleStrong Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement backgroundExperience overseeing production, quality, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain functions xzbcwsv ERP experience required; SAP preferredBachelor's degree required; technical or engineering background preferredMulti-site manufacturing experience is a plus
CompensationBase salary targeted at $175,000-$195,000 plus annual bonus and long-term incentives.
