Accountant

Description : The Payroll Accountant will be responsible for overseeing payroll accounting, statutory compliance, employee benefits accounting, and related financial control activities across EMEA and APAC regions. This role ensures the accurate accounting and reporting of payroll transactions, adherence to SOX and internal control requirements, effective management of account reconciliations through BlackLine, and support for internal and external audits. The position also manages accounting for employee equity compensation programs, including RSUs and ESPPs, and supports actuarial valuation and employee benefit accounting in compliance with IFRS and Ind AS standards.
