Hiring | Head of Operations – Gold Processing

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 12–15 Years

Industry: Gold / Precious Metals

We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to manage multi-state gold operations across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Kerala .

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on knowledge of gold processing, melting & purity testing

• Understanding of gold quality checks, assay, weight verification & purity certification

• Experience in gold buying/processing, bullion or precious metals operations

• Strong data, MIS & analytical reporting skills

• Experience coordinating with Wholesale Vendors, Finance, Marketing & Admin teams

• Proven experience managing multi-location/state operations

• Excellent English & Kannada communication – Kannada is mandatory

• Flexible to travel and work as per operational requirements

Leadership experience in Gold/Precious Metals operations is highly preferred.
