SIMKHAI is seeking an experienced and passionate Stylist to join our team for the exciting opening of our new Bal Harbour store this November! As a Stylist, you will serve as a true brand ambassador, creating exceptional and personalized experiences for every client who walks through our doors. With a strong eye for style and a genuine passion for client connection, you’ll curate head-to-toe looks, build lasting relationships, and bring the SIMKHAI experience to life.

Responsibilities:Greet and engage customers by creating a personalized and positive shopping experienceEstablish a returning client business by developing and maintaining long lasting relationshipsActively outreach to clients to strengthen relationships and effectively build your businessPlan and execute client appointments and consignments weeklyMaintain an active sales floor presence, ready to assist clients walking in the doorActively learn and speak to the trends of each collection, utilizing product knowledgeMaintain the highest level of visual standards, and overall appearance of front and back of houseAssist in the flow of merchandise from stock area to the sales floor in a timely and organized mannerRemain coachable and open to feedback to continuously develop in your roleAssist in other areas of the business as assigned by leadership
Qualifications:Must have minimum 5 years previous experience working in a luxury retail environmentMust have an established client bookMust have excellent customer service, listening and communication skillsMust have an entrepreneurial spirit: able to work independently to drive personal businessMust have proven record of client retention and successful sales generation in a luxury retail environmentMust have availability and flexibility to weekends, holidays, store openings/closings and occassional events to meet the needs of the business.
