Role Overview

FAAZ TECH is expanding its sales team to acquire new international and local clients. We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Lead who possesses an existing network, active contacts, and a ready customer base to bring active projects to the table quickly.

If you have a proven track record in tech sales, warm relationships with direct buyers or agencies, and know how to convert leads into projects, we can talk.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Leverage your existing professional network, contacts, and direct outreach to bring immediate business and project leads.
• Lead Generation: Connect with potential B2B decision-makers through LinkedIn, cold outreach, Upwork/bidding platforms, and industry networks.
• Client Communication: Understand client requirements, conduct discovery calls, and present FAAZ TECH’s technical capabilities.
• Proposal & Estimation: Work with our engineering team to draft project proposals, cost estimates, and scopes of work.
• Deal Closing: Pitch services, negotiate budgets, and finalize contracts for local and foreign software projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business development or sales for an IT/Software company.
• An existing database, strong network, or active contacts of prospective IT clients who require web/software development.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (comfortable speaking with foreign clients).
• Proven track record of closing software development deals and managing client relationships.
• Self-motivated mindset with a strong drive to hit targets quickly.
