Job Description: Saviynt Consultant / Saviynt Engineer – Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Role Summary The Saviynt Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions across enterprise environments. The role works closely with security, risk, compliance, and application teams to ensure effective identity lifecycle management, access governance, and regulatory compliance. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills: • Hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA platform. • Strong understanding of IAM/IGA concepts including identity lifecycle, RBAC, access certifications, and SoD. • Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, REST/SOAP. • Working knowledge of SQL, XML/JSON, and workflow configurations. Functional & Compliance Knowledge: • Familiarity with SOX, SOC, PCI DSS, and audit-driven access controls. • Exposure to ITSM processes and enterprise IAM operating models. Soft Skills: • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work with global stakeholders. • Strong documentation and attention to detail. Education & Certifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Saviynt, IAM, or security certifications preferred. Nice to Have • Experience with PAM integrations and Zero Trust concepts. • Experience in consulting or Big-4 environments. • Exposure to global / multi-region IAM programs.
