Job Role: Technical Delivery Manager – Microsoft Ecosystem
Work Mode: Remote
Experience: 15+ Years
What you bring Experience & Leadership
15+ years overall with proven experience leading large delivery teams of 20+ engineers as a services or vendor partner to Microsoft Product teams
Demonstrated ability to operate within Microsoft vendor engagement models including familiarity with vendor governance, compliance, and invoicing processes
Strong capability to lead and motivate geographically distributed teams in India while collaborating closely with US time zone customer stakeholders
Active Microsoft V- & BGC clearance Technical & Delivery Expertise Strong up-to-date understanding of modern technology delivery including:
Microsoft Azure: deep knowledge of core services, architecture patterns, and cloud delivery best practices • Azure Dev Ops: hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, work item tracking, dashboards, and delivery reporting
AI technologies: working knowledge of Large and Small Language Models and exposure to agentic AI systems and their application in enterprise solutions Operational & Professional Skills
Highly self-driven with excellent remote delivery management and prioritization skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, Excel, and Teams for executive communication, reporting, planning, and collaboration
Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business and product stakeholders
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum: sprint planning, ADO work items, story delivery, and retrospectives
Strong up-to-date understanding of modern technology delivery including:

Prior experience holding a Microsoft Vendor (V-) Badge is mandatory.
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, delivery governance, team performance, and project execution in alignment with Microsoft processes and standards.
