What you'll own:The annual budget and rolling forecast models — assumptions, templates, timelines, version controlThe monthly financial performance package for Finance leadership and executive reviewVariance analysis (actuals vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods) that surfaces real risks and opportunitiesKPIs, dashboards, and reporting that leadership actually uses — plus the narratives and recommendations behind them
What you'll bring:Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance (manufacturing, CPG, retail, etc.), insurance finance, or regulated financial servicesAdvanced Excel modeling and strong PowerPoint / executive presentation skillsA confident communicator who can partner across finance and non-finance teams alike
Nice to have: Power BI / SQL / ERP experience; CPA, CFA, or MBA.
