AI Engineer/ Developer

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled applications.Build and integrate Generative AI/Agentic AI solutions using OpenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices using modern development frameworks.Implement prompt engineering, model orchestration, and AI workflow automation.Integrate AI models with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems.Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI application deployment and monitoring.Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-powered solutions.Optimize AI model performance, reliability, scalability, and security.Ensure adherence to AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices.Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business processes.
Required Qualifications5+ years of software development experience.2+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative /Agentic AI solutions.Proficiency in Python, C# .NET, Java or similar development technologies.Experience developing REST APIs and enterprise integrations.Knowledge of machine learning concepts, NLP, and LLM architectures.Experience with version control, CI/CD, and Agile development methodologies.Education Required:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
