Babysitter Needed

We are looking for a mature adult at least 30 years old who has experience in working with babies to help us watch after our infant son while we are at work. We are not simply looking for a temporary baby sitter. We are looking for someone who is willing to commit to long-term employment. We want our nanny to become a part of our family. Ideal candidate would be someone who has kids/grandkids of their own and who has a flexible schedule. Currently looking to hire a nanny for 2-3 days a week. Some light household duties and transportation may be required.
