Supporting the development and maintenance of high-quality digital curriculum, the temporary, fully remote Digital Content Specialist will manage course data, ensure accurate metadata ingestion into a Digital Asset Management system, and troubleshoot digital issues throughout the curriculum lifecycle. Key responsibilities Intake and structure instructional design input for digital course integration in LMS and learning tools Review and validate data for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established standards Document issues and recommend process improvements to enhance data integrity and workflow efficiency Required qualifications Experience in educational technology, curriculum development, or data management Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with CSV-based data handling Experience with content management systems, Digital Asset Management, or LMS Ability to investigate and resolve data-entry errors and discrepancies Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
