We are partnering with a fast-growing contemporary luxury fashion brand seeking a Full-Time Key Holder to join its retail team. Known for blending streetwear influences with elevated design and premium craftsmanship, the brand offers a modern, culture-driven approach to luxury fashion.As a key leader on the sales floor, the Key Holder will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, driving sales performance, supporting daily store operations, and leading by example. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of luxury, contemporary, premium, or fashion-focused retail experience, strong clienteling skills, and previous leadership or keyholder experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Client ExperienceAchieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs, including Sales Volume, Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Transaction Value (ATV), Client Acquisition, and Client Retention.Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience through styling, product expertise, and relationship building.Support and motivate the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales objectives.Coach associates on selling techniques, clienteling strategies, and service standards.Build and maintain a strong local and international client book, developing long-term relationships that generate repeat business.Utilize phone, text, email, and social outreach to maintain client relationships and create new sales opportunities.Serve as a brand ambassador and represent the culture and standards of a contemporary luxury fashion environment.Leadership & Team DevelopmentAct as a positive role model and floor leader, helping create a collaborative, high-performance team environment.Assist management with onboarding, training, and developing team members.Provide real-time coaching and feedback to support individual and store performance.Support management in executing sales initiatives, business strategies, and client development programs.Partner with store leadership to maintain operational excellence and consistent execution of company standards.Operations & Store StandardsExecute store opening and closing procedures.Assist with floor coverage, scheduling priorities, and daily business needs as directed by management.Maintain an elevated sales floor environment consistent with luxury retail standards.Support visual merchandising, floor moves, replenishment, and other merchandising initiatives.Assist with shipment processing, stock organization, inventory management, and cycle counts.Ensure compliance with operational procedures, cash-handling standards, and loss-prevention policies.Support packaging, gift wrapping, and client fulfillment requests with strong attention to detail.
Qualifications3–5 years of experience in luxury, contemporary, premium, or fashion-focused retail sales.Previous supervisory, keyholder, or leadership experience strongly preferred.Proven success achieving and exceeding individual and store sales goals.Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build and maintain a high-value client base.Experience coaching, motivating, or developing retail team members.Shopify POS experience preferred.Experience with CRM and clienteling tools.Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.Strong interest in fashion, luxury, culture, and emerging trends.Ability to prioritize and adapt within a fast-paced retail environment.Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. xzbcwsv Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds when needed.
