Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.

● Manage and supervise the Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Content Creator, and Digital Marketing Executive.

● Plan and maintain the social media content calendar across all platforms and monitor and optimize social media campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.

● Coordinate with the creative team to produce high-quality graphics, videos, reels, and promotional content and stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

● Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports and ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all social media channels.

● Collaborate with internal departments to promote courses, events, workshops, placements, and company initiatives.

● Manage online community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews professionally. Requirements

● Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, You Tube, and other social media platforms

● Social Media Strategy & Planning and Team Management and Leadership

● Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads & Social Media Analytics and Reporting

● Excellent communication and coordination skills & creative thinking and problem-solving ability

Preferred Candidate Profile

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

● 2–5+ years of experience in Social Media Management & experience managing creative teams and coordinating cross-functional projects.

● Experience in the education or IT training industry will be an added advantage.
