Customer Success Engineer (Data & Automation)

Location: Gurugram/Noida (Onsite), 5 days/week

About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer/Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support to enterprise customers , troubleshoot production issues , and ensure seamless operation of cloud-based applications . You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to resolve complex technical challenges and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues for enterprise customers.
• Investigate incidents using application logs , SQL queries , and monitoring tools .
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA ) and drive issue resolution.
• Support REST APIs , webhooks , integrations , and authentication workflows .
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to resolve customer-reported issues.
• Manage customer onboarding , technical implementations , and ongoing production support .
• Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while adhering to SLAs .

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Technical Support, Product Support, Customer Success Engineering, or Application Support.
• Strong understanding of SQL and REST APIs .
• Experience with Postman , webhooks , and API troubleshooting .
• Experience with scripting using Python or JavaScript .
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS , GCP , or Azure .
• Familiarity with Linux , application logs , and production incident management .
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, or similar.
• Basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience supporting SaaS or enterprise software products.
• Exposure to AI/LLM integrations, workflow automation, or low-code platforms.
