We are looking for talented professionals to join our Corporate Events team.

Location: Andheri W, Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Industry: Events – Corporate

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end event operations and on-ground execution .
• Coordinate with vendors, production teams, venues, and other stakeholders.
• Handle event logistics, timelines, setup, and execution requirements.
• Work closely with the Client Servicing and Creative teams to deliver events smoothly.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and ensure timely execution.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
• Understand client briefs and translate them into clear event requirements.
• Coordinate with Creative, Production, Operations, and Strategy teams.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communication.
• Ensure high-quality execution and customer satisfaction .
• Handle multiple projects and resolve client requirements effectively.

Common Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced events environment .
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
