What will you be doing: We are looking for an experienced, and compassionate Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to work full-time position throughout Plymouth and the surrounding areas. The Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for providing personal care services in a patient’s home or facility. You must be a kind individual who takes pride in taking care of people and show a positive attitude towards your work, team, and patients. As a part of the care team, you are responsible for communicating any changes to the patient and providing high quality patient care. Compensation: $22.00/hr - 25.00/hr. commensurate with experience Scheduling requirements:

• Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
• weekend rotation (1 weekend every 5 weeks)
• Must work 1 summer and 1 Winter Holiday per year!

• Certification as Home Health Aide required.
• 1.5 years of personal care experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Please be a flexible team player.
• Adaptability on the road and in your location.
• Attention to detail verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in English Language.
