Navigators Financial Services is a Jaipur-based financial services firm helping individuals and families make better financial decisions through financial planning, investments, insurance, tax and retirement planning.

Budget: 15K - 25K per month (Fixed + Incentives plan)

The Role

This is a lead-generation role - not an operations role.

Your job is simple: find the right people, start conversations and create opportunities.

You will:

• Research and identify potential corporate, institutional and individual prospects.
• Reach out through calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Connect with HRs, business leaders and other decision-makers.
• Generate qualified leads and meetings for Navigators.
• Explore opportunities for financial-awareness sessions in corporates, schools, colleges, hospitals and professional communities.
• Follow up consistently and build a strong, active pipeline.
• Explore partnerships, referrals and new channels for lead generation.
• Maintain lead data and track your pipeline and outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers.
• Proactive, persistent and target-oriented.
• Good research and prospecting skills.
• Strong follow-up discipline.
• Comfortable with outbound calling.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• 0–2 years experience; freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
• Financial-services experience is not required .

More prospects → More conversations → More qualified leads → More meetings → More opportunities.

You won't be handed a list of leads every morning. We want someone who can find opportunities independently.
