b Overview /b p As a Prosthetist at Opcares Roehampton Prosthetic services, you will manage a complex clinical caseload within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality orthotic care. You will lead service development initiatives and apply advanced orthotic solutions to patients in inpatient and outpatient settings. You will stay current with the latest orthotic technology to improve patient outcomes and experience. This role offers meaningful impact through shaping patient pathways and care quality. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Deliver high-quality care to all patients and ensure smooth service operations /li li Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) /li li Input and lead initiatives within the service development plan /li li Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine orthotic needs /li li Develop and implement personalised orthotic treatment plans /li li Stay updated with advancements in orthotic technology and practices /li li Provide patient care, education, and support throughout treatment /li li Assess, measure, cast, fit, supply, review and adjust orthoses /li li Maintain accurate clinical notes /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Minimum 3 years of experience /li li Demonstrated complex casework in adult and paediatric care /li li Self-starter with a flexible, proactive approach /li li Strong verbal and written communication to build relationships /li li Full HCPC Registration /li li UK Driving Licence /li li Eligibility for Enhanced DBS check /li li One of the following qualifications: Certified Orthotist, HND Orthotics, or BSc Orthotics /li /ul ul li strong communication /li li proactive self-starter /li li ability to build relationships /li li orthotic assessment and treatment planning /li li casting and fitting of orthoses /li li staying up to date with orthotic technology and practices /li /ul
