Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
• Manage and troubleshoot SD-WAN environments, including deployment, routing, traffic engineering, and performance optimization.
• Implement and manage network security controls including firewalls, VPNs, ACLs, IPS/IDS, and secure remote access.
• Design and implement IT/OT network segmentation to securely isolate operational technology environments from corporate IT networks.
• Develop and maintain VLANs, subnets, routing, switching, NAT, ACLs, and network access policies.
• Configure and manage secure connectivity between data centers, branch offices, cloud environments, IT networks, and OT environments.
• Monitor network performance, availability, security events, and capacity.
• Troubleshoot complex network connectivity, routing, firewall, SD-WAN, and segmentation issues.
• Work with cybersecurity and OT teams to implement security policies and network architecture.
• Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure transformation projects.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Support incident management, root-cause analysis, and resolution of network/security incidents.
• Ensure network infrastructure follows organizational security and compliance requirements.
