Finish Line Promotions is growing its Charlotte team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Entry Level Marketing Associates. This is a hands-on opportunity to represent client campaigns, connect with people face to face, and develop practical skills in marketing, communication, and customer engagement.
No previous marketing experience is required. Full training and ongoing coaching are provided.
What You'll DoRepresent client brands at retail locations, events, and promotional venues across CharlotteEngage with the public and communicate product information clearly and professionallyHelp interested individuals sign up as new customersWork toward individual and team campaign goalsDevelop communication and sales skills through daily coachingCollaborate with teammates and contribute ideas to improve results
