Job Title: RPA-Tungsten ConsultantLocation: Denver, CO 80216 (REMOTE)Duration: Long Term ContractMust Have Technical/Functional Skills:3+ years of RPA experience with Tungsten RPAStrong production support and bot monitoring experience.Experience with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident management.Knowledge of RPA infrastructure, Windows environments, and SQL.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:Monitor RPA bots, job executions, and automation reports.Troubleshoot and resolve bot failures, exceptions, and production incidents.Restart failed jobs and perform bot maintenance activities.Modify automations to accommodate application or business process changes.Monitor the RPA Management Console and automation infrastructure.Generate ad-hoc reports and perform mass-update automation activities.Collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve automation-related issues. xzbcwsv Support continuous improvement and optimization of existing bots.
