Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and train a team of designers, illustrators, and artists.
• Responsible for creative vision and output across different brands
• Provide pitch direction and present the creative vision to the clients
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand brand requirements and objectives.
• Be updated on industry trends and innovative design techniques.
• Implement and understand brand feedbacks

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience of 8+ years as an artist and leader in digital and mainline
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
