Hiring: Statutory Compliance & Labour Compliance Executive

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2+ Years

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with experience in Statutory Compliance and Labour Compliance to join our team in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.

• Manage PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory filings.

• Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation.

• Coordinate with government authorities and external consultants for compliance matters.

• Handle labour law audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.

• Monitor changes in labour legislation and ensure timely implementation.

• Support payroll compliance and employee-related statutory processes.

• Prepare and submit periodic compliance reports to management.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Statutory Compliance and Labour Compliance.

• Strong knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act, CLRA, and related statutory requirements.

• Experience in handling audits and statutory inspections.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and compliance management processes.
