Role: Service Now Developer

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

6+ years of hands-on experience with Service Now platform development.

Strong experience in Service Now scripting, including Java Script, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.

Hands-on experience with Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) modules is preferred. Candidates with strong Service Now ITSM implementation and development experience will also be considered.

Experience with Service Now ITSM and platform administration.

Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and Service Now APIs.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Mandatory: Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA).

Mandatory: Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and maintain Service Now Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) solutions.

Implement and enhance WSD modules, including Workplace Reservation Management, Visitor Management, Space Management, and Workplace Case Management.

Develop and customize Service Now applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.

Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of production issues.

Ensure adherence to Service Now development best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.

Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and release deployments.

Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

Service Now Workplace Service Delivery implementation experience.

Experience with Integration Hub, Service Portal, UI Builder, and Employee Center.

Knowledge of Service Now CSM, HRSD, or ITOM is a plus.
