We are looking for enthusiastic Chess Coaches who can inspire young learners, build strategic thinking skills, and make every class exciting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live online Chess classes for children aged 5–15 years .
• Teach Chess fundamentals as well as advanced strategies based on the curriculum.
• Create an engaging and interactive learning environment.
• Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and sportsmanship.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure high levels of student participation and retention.
• Maintain professionalism and punctuality for all scheduled classes.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of Chess fundamentals and strategy.
• Prior experience teaching Chess to children (online or offline) is preferred.
• FIDE rating, tournament experience, or Chess certifications will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Passion for teaching young learners.
• Comfortable using Zoom/Google Meet and online teaching tools.

Technical Requirements

• Laptop/Desktop with webcam.
• Stable broadband internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps recommended).
• Good quality headset with microphone.
• Quiet, well-lit teaching environment.

Working Hours

• Flexible Part-Time Hours.
• Weekend availability is preferred.
• Minimum commitment of 15–20 teaching hours per week .
