We are seeking a highly creative and organized Media Specialist to join our marketing and creative team. This role is responsible for planning, capturing, and editing engaging video content that supports the company’s branding, events, training initiatives, and social media presence.

The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling through video, stays current with social media and production trends, and can deliver high-quality content in a fast-paced environment. Projects may include event recap videos, promotional content, interviews, testimonials, and short-form social media content for platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
This is a contract position and requires availability for all major company events.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the marketing and creative teams to plan and execute video projectsCapture high-quality video and photo content for internal and external eventsEdit and produce polished video content for digital and social media platformsEnsure all camera, audio, lighting, and production equipment is prepared and functioning properlyDirect additional camera operators or production assistants during larger events when neededOrganize and manage footage and media assets efficientlyStay current on industry trends, editing techniques, and social media content strategies to help keep company content innovative and engaging
Qualifications:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and LightroomStrong understanding of camera equipment, lighting, and audio setupExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work efficiently under xzbcwsv tight deadlines and during live eventsStrong creative eye for storytelling, composition, and pacingAbility to travel and work extended hours during major events as neededPrior videography and content creation experience preferred
CompensationContract compensation structure (1099)Potential travel opportunitiesOpportunity to work on large-scale national events and high-impact marketing campaigns
