At KIBA Properties, we are a growing real estate development firm in Panvel focused on residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a versatile, sharp, and proactive Executive Assistant / Business Manager to work closely with the leadership team across land acquisition, legal coordination, business strategy, and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee documentation, paperwork, and initial due diligence required for land acquisition.
• Coordinate legal paperwork, title searches, and documentation for land and project approvals.
• Engage with legal counsel, authorities, and consultants to ensure complete legal compliance.
• Assist leadership in planning and executing strategic roadmaps for new project launches.
• Track project timelines, cross-departmental tasks, and operational deliverables.
• Assist with project sales terminology, broker networks, and sales strategy execution.
• Apply basic real estate financial models (cash flows, project feasibility, and yield/margin tracking).

What We're Looking For

• Industry Experience: 4-8+ years of hands-on experience in the Navi Mumbai & Panvel real estate market.
• Functional Background: Prior experience in Land BD, Real Estate Legal, Sales, or Executive Assistance to Real Estate Promoters/Directors.
• Local Expertise: Deep familiarity with Panvel/Navi Mumbai micro-markets, local broker networks, and land processes.
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, basic real estate financial acumen, excellent communication, and legal document literacy.
