Website: About the Role We are looking for a high-potential, agile professional to join the CEO’s Office and work on a diverse portfolio of strategic and high-priority initiatives across Pearl Academy, UPES and GGS . This is a high-visibility role that offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, gain exposure to different businesses and functions, and contribute to projects that have a direct impact on the organisation’s growth and transformation. The role will involve moving across projects and priorities, often working with multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously. The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where no two projects are necessarily the same. Key Responsibilities Work on strategic, high-priority projects identified by the CEO’s Office across Pearl Academy, UPES and GGS. Support senior leadership on new initiatives, business opportunities, partnerships, transformation projects and special assignments. Conduct research, analyse information and develop insights to support strategic decision-making. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive projects from concept to execution. Prepare presentations, business cases, project updates and leadership-level communication. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across different functions and businesses. Identify opportunities, challenges and areas for improvement and proactively develop solutions. Track key initiatives and ensure timely follow-through and execution. Gain exposure to multiple areas of the organisation, including academics, business, partnerships, operations, marketing, strategy and new ventures. Take ownership of projects independently while working closely with the CEO’s Office and senior leadership.
