Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Gurugram. The Interior Designer will plan and design residential interiors, including kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, and doors, aligning concepts with client requirements and brand standards. Daily responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing layouts and mood boards, coordinating FF&E selections, and collaborating with production and installation teams to ensure accurate execution. The role involves creating and reviewing construction drawings, visiting sites for measurements and inspections, and resolving design and execution issues as needed. The Interior Designer will also interact with clients to present design proposals, gather feedback, and refine solutions to achieve functional, aesthetically cohesive spaces.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and organize interior spaces effectively, with strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design.
• Understanding of Architecture principles and their application in residential interior projects.
• Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings for execution and coordination.
• Experience in selecting and coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) to match design intent and budget.
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software).
• Strong visual design sense, attention to detail, and ability to work with materials, finishes, and modular products.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams on-site.
• Prior experience in modular interiors or residential projects in a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and modular furniture hardware (Hettich, Hafele, Blum, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Min work exp of 2 - 6 years
