Community Care Physicians seeks a Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our physician-owned multispecialty group in Latham, NY. In this outpatient role, you will evaluate and manage adults with urologic conditions, perform focused exams, order and interpret labs and imaging, assist with in-office procedures, and provide pre- and post-operative care. You will educate patients, coordinate with urologists and primary care clinicians, and document in the EHR.
