LUQON IT Solutions is looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist with strong, hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have proven practical experience in running and managing Meta advertising campaigns, not just theoretical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
• Set up and manage Meta Ads Manager campaigns
• Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and segmentation
• Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversions
• Perform A/B testing of creatives, audiences, copy, and campaigns
• Develop and implement social media strategies for different businesses
• Create and manage engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
• Coordinate with graphic designers/content creators for ad creatives
• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports
• Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, conversions, and overall ad performance
• Stay updated with Meta advertising trends, policies, algorithms, and best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 2 of hands-on Social Media Marketing experience
• Strong proven experience with Meta Ads / Facebook Ads
• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Experience managing campaigns with measurable results
• Understanding of lead generation, conversion campaigns, retargeting, and audience building
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Good understanding of social media content and engagement strategies
• Ability to independently manage campaigns and optimize performance
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Candidates with experience in lead generation campaigns, international clients, e-commerce, real estate, services, or other performance-driven campaigns will be preferred.

Important: Candidates must be able to demonstrate their previous hands-on Meta Ads experience and campaign results during the interview.

Office Timings: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
