Job Title: Behaviour Therapist – At-Home Therapy Location: Upperpally, Hyderabad Start Date: Immediate About Us: Carely is a family-focused disability support platform that connects children and young adults with developmental needs to skilled, compassionate professionals. We specialize in providing structured, in-home therapy services that are respectful, effective, and deeply personalized. Role Overview: We are currently seeking a qualified and empathetic Behaviour Therapist to join us for providing at-home therapy sessions in Hyderabad. This is a flexible, contract-based role with session schedules coordinated based on your availability and the family’s needs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one speech therapy sessions in the client’s home Conduct assessments and design individualized therapy plans Develop engaging, age-appropriate activities to support communication and language development Maintain accurate session notes and provide regular updates to the Carely team Collaborate with other professionals involved in the child’s care, when required Guide and support families in continuing therapy techniques at home Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Applied Psychology or a related field Formal training or certification in Behavior Therapy (ABA, RBT, CBT, PBS, TEACCH, Floortime, or equivalent) preferred At least 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents with Autism, ADHD, developmental delays (preferred) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently in a home-based setting Warm, respectful, and professional approach to working with families Compensation: Per-session rate (to be discussed based on experience and availability) Payments made by Carely directly Other Details: Session frequency and schedule will be discussed at the time of assignment All sessions will be coordinated through Carely This is a freelance/contract role with no fixed monthly hours
