Receptionist

La Bake Amore is looking for a professional, confident, and well-presented Receptionist to join our academy at MG Road, Bangalore .

As the first point of contact for our students, parents, visitors, and guests, you will play an important role in creating a warm, organised, and professional experience at the academy.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist students, parents, visitors, and guests professionally.
• Manage day-to-day front-desk and reception operations.
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and basic enquiries.
• Provide information about courses, batches, schedules, and academy facilities.
• Coordinate with the Admissions, Academic, and Operations teams.
• Maintain student records, forms, documents, and reception registers.
• Coordinate student visits, appointments, meetings, and enquiries.
• Assist with routine administrative and coordination work.
• Ensure the reception and student-facing areas maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
• Support the academy team with day-to-day operational requirements.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

• Confident, presentable, and well-spoken.
• Friendly and comfortable interacting with students and visitors.
• Strong in English and Hindi ; Kannada is an advantage.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic computer applications.
• Well-organised and capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Professional, punctual, and responsible.
• Previous experience in reception, front office, education, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month , depending on experience and suitability.

Working Hours

9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Monday
