General Dentist Locum Tenens Opportunity in Bloomington, IN

We are seeking a Dentistry (Dentist (DMD/DDS)) for a locum tenens opportunity in Bloomington, IN. This position offers the chance to practice comprehensive general dentistry supported by a dedicated clinical team and a steady patient workflow. The ideal candidate is comfortable with services including, but not limited to, surgical extractions, denture steps, and digital dentures, and values working in a collaborative environment.

Dates: Oct 14, Dec 17
Schedule: Mon-Thurs 8a-5p, Fri 8a-1p

Pay Range: Starting at $125/hour

Clinical Scope

• Including but not limited to: Surgical extractions, Denture steps/ Digital dentures, Crown & Bridge, Comprehensive treatment planning
• Extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth.

Full mouth extractions may be required when clinically appropriate. Discuss any clinical limitations with the Proxi team before the assignment.

Support Staff

• 3 DA, 1 RDH

Requirements

• Active Indiana dental license
• Active DEA with all schedules
• CSR if required by the state
• Experience in high volume general dentistry environments preferred
